  2. Cultural and Heritage Preservation
    • Implement programs to document, protect, and promote cultural and historical sites.
    • Support local artists, cultural performers, and artisans through exhibitions, workshops, and performances.
    •  Organize heritage tours, festivals, and events highlighting Paombong’s history and traditions.
    • Conduct the annual Hari at Reyna ng Paombong pageant to celebrate local culture, arts, and community pride.
    • Establish and facilitate the Local Tourism Council (LTC) and the Local Council for Culture and the Arts (LCCA) to coordinate, plan, and implement tourism, cultural, and arts programs in the municipality
    • Provide assistance to film industries and creative sectors for location scouting, permits, and production support to promote Paombong as a creative destination.
  3. Tourism Infrastructure and Visitor Services
    • Ensure safe, accessible, and convenient facilities for tourists, including signage, rest areas, and information centers.
    • Establish tourist assistance services, including guides, maps, and emergency support.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships
    • Build partnerships with local businesses, NGOs, and national tourism agencies to promote tourism activities.
    • Conduct capacity-building programs for tourism stakeholders to strengthen collaborative efforts.
