        ** NOTE: In case of Untitled Property, 2 Copies of DEED
        • Title – 2 copies
        • Deed of: sale, donation, extra judicial settlement, subdivision – 2 copies
        • BIR Certification (CGT) – 2 copies
        • Transfer Tax Receipt – 2 copies
        • DAR / MARO Certification, If Agricultural Land – Tenanted – 2 copies
        • DAR / MARO Certification, If Agricultural Land – Untenanted – 2 copies
        • Consolidation Plan, If Consolidation – 2 copies
        • Real Property Tax Receipt – 2 copies
      • New Assessment
        ** NOTE: Subject to ten (10) years back taxes

      • Step 4 – Wait until the documents are ready
        • Transfers / types / fills up Tax Declaration Form in Duplicate
        • Assigns and Logs New Assessment of Real Property Number and cancels previous owner
      • Step 5 – Signed / Approved by the Municipal Assessor
      • Step 6 – Releasing of original copy of Tax Declaration to clients

  3. Service / Program Name: ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATION OF PROPERTY HOLDINGS, NO PROPERTY, NON-IMPROVEMENT AND/OR WITH IMPROVEMENT

    • Requirements:
      • Copy of previous tax declaration
      • Latest Official Receipt of Real Property Tax Receipt
    • Process Flow / SOP:
      • Step 1 – Present all the requirements to the personnel in-charge
      • Step 2 – Pay the necessary fee for the document at the cashier
      • Step 3 – Wait until the documents are ready and have signature of the Municipal Assessor
      • Step 4 – Releasing of the certification to clients
    • Fees: Php 200.00 each

  • Ensure that all laws and policies governing the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes are properly executed
  • Responsible for the classification, appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes within the respective municipality 
  • Initiate, review and recommend changes in policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and practices in the evaluation and assessment or real properties for taxation purposes
  • Establish a systematic method of real property assessment
  • Prepare, install and maintain a system of tax mapping, showing graphically all property subject to assessment and gather all data concerning the same
  • Install and maintain a real property identification and accounting system
  • Conduct of tax mapping operations to establish an adequate real property tax record and accounting system
  • Make frequent physical surveys to check and determine whether all real property within the locality are properly listed in the assessment rolls
  • Ocular site inspection of real properties which are subject for re-assessment and/or complains
  • General Revision of real property assessments and preparation of the Schedule of Fair Market Value (SFMV)
  • Update and maintain all records of Field Appraisal and Assessment Sheet (FAAS) of real property units in the municipality 
  • Assign Assessment of Real Property (ARP) members to approved FAAS
  • Issuance of simple copy and/or certified true copy of Tax Declaration, upon request of the clients, after payment of fees / service charge to the cashier
  • Issuance of certification of real property such as Property Holdings, No Property, Non-Improvement, and/or With Improvement upon the request of the clients and after payment of fees / service charge to the cashier
  • Prepare and submit assessment reports to concerned offices such as; Monthly and Quarterly Report to BLGF and Monthly Report of transactions to Provincial Assessor’s Office
