REQUIREMENTS

- O.R (advance/deposit payment)
PROCESS FLOW
- COLLECTION OF MARKET RENTALS
- Check the record of tenant’s monthly/weekly payment.
- Collecting tenant’s monthly/weekly rental fees.
- Issuance of O.R to the tenants.
- ISSUANCE OF CASH TICKETS
- Prepares daily cash tickets.
- Collecting ambulant’s daily corresponding rates based on the amount stated in the Market Code.
- Issuance of cash tickets equivalent to the amount of the corresponding rates.
- ISSUANCE OF MARKET CLEARANCE/CERTIFICATE
- Clients must present the required documents such as DTI, Brgy. Permit, Updated Mayor’s Business Permit
- Officers in charge will check the completeness and the validity of the documents presented.
- Officers in charge will verify the updated payment record, if the clients have maintaining balance they must settle it before issuance of clearance/certificate.
- Prepares and issuance of Market Clearance/Certificate
- ISSUANCE OF MARKET CONTRACTS
- Verifies the updated record of payment and updated documents for renewal of contracts.
- For new applicants they must present the required documents.
- Officers in charge will check the completeness and the validity of the documents presented.
- Receive payment and issuance of OR for advance and deposit for new contracts and payment for maintaining balance for the renewal of contracts.
