  • Formulates integrated municipal development plans as mandated by the Local Government Code of 1991.
  • Prepares the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and zoning ordinances.
  • Conducts studies, research, and data analysis for development planning.
  • Monitors and evaluates the implementation of development programs and projects.
  • Provides technical assistance to municipal offices and barangays on planning-related tasks.
  • Maintains updated socioeconomic and physical development data.
  • Coordinates with national, regional, and provincial planning bodies on development matters.
  • Prepares investment programs such as the Annual Investment Program.
  • Ensures that local plans align with national and regional development goals.

  • Process Flow/SOP: Submission of Requirements, Inspection of site, Verification and assessment, Secure order of payment/pay required fees at treasurer’s office, Issuance Official receipt Release of Zoning Clerance.
  • Fees (if any): For Land Titling & New business: PhP 280.00, For Building Permit: It depends on the total cost of the project.
